How to book a Traveling Tea Party:
(Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to booking date)
1) Choose 2 desired dates/times for initial inquiry
2) Provide guest count (minimum 6 guests)
3) Provide location (with kitchen)
4) Include any food sensitivities any guest may have
5) Choose between the Petit Party (5-course), Grand Party (7-course) or Gentleman's Tea Party (8-course)
6) Courses are tailored specifically for the group. Once the above portion is received, Atlas will submit a menu proposal for approval.
7) 50% deposit will be processed when menu is finalized & total balance is due 5 days prior to event. Cash and credit cards accepted via Square Up.
8) Submit guest names for place cards
Special Notes: For short notice reservations, full amount is collected upon menu approval.
Sample menu proposal:
Grand Party $45/guest (7 courses + signature tea)
- Paniolo Nuts (Mixed Mexican Nuts) + Fruit with Filipino salt & spices
- Brioche sandwich with Atlas egg salad
- Cucumber Bites with chevre, dried fruit, fresh herbs
- Hearts of Palm Tahitian Ceviche
- Lola’s Torta, Filipino meatloaf, potato, ground pork in achuete, steamed in banana leaf
- Poifait with banana, tukmaria seeds bloomed in coconut milk, nata de coco, hemp seeds, honey
- Illnomadic Bite (vegan Persian cookie with cardamom + rosewater)

How to book a Private Seating or Astrology Tea Party for 2:
(Please allow at least 1 week prior to booking date)
1) Choose 2 desired dates/times for initial inquiry
2) Include any food sensitivities any guest may have
3) Choose between the Petit Party (5-course), Grand Party (7-course) or Gentleman's Tea Party (8-course)
4) Provide guest names (first and last) for place cards
5) If booking an Astrology Tea Party, choose between our 45 min or 1 hour introductory natal chart reading & provide the following items: a) birthday, b) birthplace, c) time of birth
6) Courses are tailored specifically for the guests and a menu proposal will be sent.
